COVID-19 – A message from the Hunnaball family
In these challenging times, we are thinking of you and the health and well-being of our family, our colleagues, and our clients who are at the heart of our business. The Covid-19 virus is spreading globally and very quickly, and as the situation evolves we are monitoring all the latest information from government and public health sources, and we regularly follow their recommendations. In addition, the National Association of Funeral Directors is providing specific guidelines for us during these unprecedented and challenging times.
I would like to reassure everyone that our directors, senior management and all our teams are being consistent with our already high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and we are implementing additional measures to ensure the health and safety of our colleagues and our clients. We will continue to update you on any significant changes we make as they happen.
As always, our fantastic staff continue to deliver an exceptional, informative and safe service for our clients, and now, more than ever, we are overwhelmingly proud of our dedicated teams and the work they do. We would personally like to thank all staff across our branches, support centre, memorial department and training and development centre for their ongoing commitment and collaboration at this difficult time. Family is important to us, and we would like to extend our thanks and offer our support to all those families we serve at a time of bereavement.
Keep safe, keep healthy, and above all, look after one another
